Lauderdale office seeks a highly motivated licensed engineer with roadway design experience to fill our Project Manager-Roadway Engineer position.  Responsibilities: Primary client-focus is Palm Beach County with periodic relations with Broward County Coordinate the execution and control of roadway design projects from initial start-up through final design Manage scope, schedule and budget Ensure completeness and accuracy of design work Serve as liaison with client Train junior staff Prepare proposals Serve as the primary client contact for contracts in excess of $2,500,000 of construction costs Project Management responsibilities include negotiating extras, cost control, staffing and quality control Actively manage client's budget, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation Secure profitable business and develop contracts including estimation of fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large and/or multiple projectsIf interested in this position, please apply online www.hntb.com/careers and reference 05-1010 QualificationsJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum 6 years of  relevant experience PE License in Florida.
