We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy Project Specialist - Collocation to join our Leasing Operations team in Woburn, MA.

 Summary:

The Project Specialist is responsible for evaluating applications by customers to collocate on towers and other structures owned or operated by American Tower and exercising their discretion to either approve, modify, or decline such applications after reviewing and interpreting tower design drawings, prior structural analyses, and other available documentation and then applying generally accepted engineering principles to determine structural viability.  The Project Specialist is also responsible for deciding whether to require a structural analysis by a certified engineer and for reviewing other existing and pending contracts on the site to determine available compound space and any potential conflicts. 

 Education and Experience:Four-year college degree or relevant industry experience required Structural, RF, or mechanical engineering experience preferred
