Project Turnover Coordinator

Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.• Responsible for assuring that construction and documentation is complete at turnover to startup, assuring that the system commissioning documentation is completed, verifying all punchlist items are completed, and preparing all turnover packages for submittal to the owner when required.• Responsible for direct interface with construction supervision coordinating construction completion documentation required for turnover packages.• Responsible for direct interface with construction subcontractors coordinating construction completion documentation required for turnover packages.• Responsible for direct interface with startup engineers coordinating documentation required for turnover packages.• Responsible for the oversight of the project punchlist, using project procedure.• Advises management of developments that may affect project profit, costs, schedules, and client relations.• Provides input and assist in the development of system turnover packages.• Tracks turnover package status and submits weekly reports on status to project managementQualifications• 1 year experience in Construction Turnover Package Assembly• 1 year experience in Construction Completion Punchlist Management• 1 year experience as Turnover Coordinator• Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Access and Outlook)• P&ID and Isometric Drawing/As-Built ProficiencyVocational or Technical School Preferred Qualifications • OSHA 40 TrainingBenefits: Medical and Dental Plans Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Income 401(k) Plan with company match Employee Ownership Paid Time Off Program Flexible Work Scheduling Business Casual Dress Learning and Development Opportunities Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program Voluntary Auto and Homeowners InsuranceCompany Profile:Employee-owned CH2M HILL is a global leader in engineering, procurement, construction and operations for public and private clients.
