QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (#088)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Fulcrum is looking for a knowledgeable Quality Assurance Manager who will work under the general direction of the President and CEO to develop and maintain Fulcrum’s Quality Management System in accordance with ISO Specifications. 

POSITION DESCRIPTION


As QA Manager, you will lead the company-wide effort to assure Fulcrum’s products and services meet and exceed the quality expectations of our customers.  Additionally, through the development of policies, procedures, and effective monitoring, you will implement and coordinate Fulcrum’s product assurance program to prevent and eliminate defects in new and existing products, as well as work directly with customers when specific issues do arise. Major responsibilities include:Develop, administer and maintain QA procedures and processes in accordance with ISO Specifications;Provide management direction in the establishment and implementation of quality standards and procedures related to Fulcrum’s products;Assure quality and control of product through identification, documentation, evaluation, segregation, disposition, and/or notification;Drive planning and implementation of internal quality audits to determine the effectiveness of the quality system;Coordinate all RMA/Failure Analysis activities and monitor correction action programs;Develop, administer and maintain document control procedures and processes to ensure Fulcrum’s products comply with revisions; Direct and coordinate all vendor and customer quality processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates will be evaluated based on the following criteria:BS/BA degree A minimum of 5 years progressively responsible management experience within a semiconductor QA manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ISO systems implementation, Quality Management Systems, Quality Control Plans and Inspection Processes is required.  The ability to perform statistical analysis is required.  Familiarity with MRP software is desired.  Candidates must possess the ability to perform accurate and timely data entry, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.  Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers. Candidates must be professional, dependable, possess a high energy level and be self-motivated.
