Supplier Quality Engineer

  We have an immediate need for a Supplier Quality Engineer with an extensive background in the aerospace industry and related products.  This is a direct hire position.  Essential knowledge is required in the following areas; 1st piece and in process inspection, source release of hardware, internal and ISO auditing, process review, purchase order review and approval, raw material receiving (incls. certification verification and acceptance), new parts process development and 1st article submissions.  Salary range is $65k - $80k annually.   

Quality Engineer

We have several companies looking for experienced 'hands on' engineers with the ability to 'wow' customers and suppliers as well as fluidly interact with internal departments.  Experience in either the automotive, electrical or plastics fields is desired.  These are generally fast paced positions that require flexibility as well as strong engineering skills.Salaries are commensurate with experience and most of the positions are direct hire. 

Strong knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, SPC, GD&T, Control Plans may be required in these positions.  ISO, TS, QS knowledge as well as some experience with Six Sigma tools a plus.  Supervisory skills helpful but may not be necessary for all positions. 

Associates or Bachelor's Degrees are preferred but not required with equilavent experience.

Manufacturing Engineer (Process/Program Engineer)

Immediate openings at two long standing and successful Chicago area manufacturers for Manufacturing Engineers with backgrounds in CNC machining and production.  This position requires a four year degree in Manufact. Engineering, Industrial Eng., or the related Technology Engineering degrees.  Knowledge of AutoCAD a must. Strong knowledge of machining technology (CNC programming, set up and operation) required.  Several years experience in a manufacturing and production environment (or assembly line-type environment) is also required.

CMM Programmer

Experienced CMM programmers are in high demand.  Experience with Brown and Sharpe, Mitutoyo or Zeiss equipment and the companion software programs (PCDMIS, Calypso etc.) can help you write your own ticket.  Most of these positions are direct hires with salaries starting in the low $20's/hour and rising quickly for very experienced and capable programmers.
