Weare currently seeking a Quality Manager for our headquarters located in St.Louis, Missouri toprovide Process/Quality Engineering support to manufacturing, helping to ensuredelivery of highest quality product to the customer. Provide Process/QualityEngineering support to product development teams, help to ensure development ofhighest quality new products.

 

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree·5+ years hands on experience in a quality or reliabilityengineering function with a strong process engineering background,Training and experience in ISO 9001:2000 standardsAssess quality performance using statistical and analytical methodsDevelop and document quality processes for products manufactured Perform  quality product inspections using quality instrumentsPerform failure analysis and corrective action investigationsMonitor quality inspectors and quality processes being performedMonitor calibration equipment logs to ensure equipment is calibratedDevelop sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methodsDevelop statistical process controls by applying and maintaining applicable control chartsDemonstrates high level of interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate, and facilitate others in group situations to achieve corporate objectivesProficient in use of computers and various software applications (Excel, Word, MS Outlook/Express and MS project)Six Sigma training & experience is desirable
