R&D Product Analysis Engineer

We are currently seeking an engineer that would work with Product Design, Application Engineering, Sales Engineering, and R&D groups on analyzing performance of systems and components as it relates to structural, kinematic, and dynamic behavior.  Other responsibilities include developing analytical methods to the solution of complex engineering problems, doing FEA, utilizing ABAQUS software, working with computer models and Computer Aided Engineering (CAD) to assess performance, and verifying analytical methods to ensure quality.

 

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, experience with the aforementioned responsibilities, very strong math skills, CAE experience, FEA experience, and experience with ABAQUS software. Other requirements include excellent communications and presentation skills, the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and the desire to advance in his / her career in this corporate setting.
