RF / Analog Design Engineer

ITT Intelligence and Information Warfare - Design RF communications systems using discrete components and/or RF ICs (VCOs, synthesizers, PLLs, LNAs, Power amplifiers, etc.) or off-the-shelf transceivers and chip sets.- Prepare and test circuit designs for transceiver-oriented projects.- RF link analysis and antenna design and testing.- Perform RF system level testing and troubleshooting.- RF Circuit design, module and system level test/troubleshooting and documentation. - Interaction with other engineers working on the RF sections of a system design.- Field testing of designed circuits and transfer of design to production.- Schematic capture of RF boards Design RF communications systems using discrete components and/or RF ICs (VCOs, synthesizers, PLLs, LNAs, Power amplifiers, etc) or off the shelf transceivers and chip sets. Requires an in-depth knowledge of RF filters, L.O.s, noise figure, gain, and matching. - Audio circuit design incorporating discrete components and ICs. Qualifications: - BSEE or equivalent required with 4 to 6 years RF experience.- Experience with RF receiver, transmitter, and antenna design.- In-depth knowledge of RF filters, L.O.s, noise figure, gain and matching.- Familiarity with PCAD, Libra (Touchstone), Matlab, MathCAD, Spice, ADS preferred.- Must be able to work in a team setting and independently.- Must have the ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance.All Applicants Please Read: U.S. Citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents not eligible).
