RECRUITER/HR GENERALIST



HK Systems, Inc., North America's leading automated material handling and supply chain execution software solutions provider, is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter/HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team in our corporate headquarters located in New Berlin, WI.

This individual will be primarily responsible for leading company recruiting initiatives, including the identification, assessment and selection of qualified internal and external candidates for various open positions. Position types include professional, sales, technical and manufacturing roles. The Recruiter/HR Generalist will also assist with other HR-related responsibilities on an as-needed basis.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience conducting full-cycle recruiting. Must be proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Power Point and Word. Knowledge of employment law is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation are imperative. Candidates with a proactive, strategic approach and continuous improvement focus are desired.
