Reports to: Vice President Corporate Human Resources

We have an immediate opening in our Corporate Headquarters located in Pasadena, California for a Recruiting Manager.

We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated individual who will help Tetra Tech become more successful in identifying talent by leading and coordinating our overall recruiting activities, while personally recruiting for select strategic positions.

Responsibilities: Personally recruit for select strategic position Evaluate, procure, and implement recruiting tools such as database applications, search tools and identify and maintain relations with search firms, agencies, and sourcing firms. Coordinate recruiting activities throughout Tetra Tech Monitor current and plan for anticipated job openings to determine where a concerted effort is practical and facilitate that effort Participate as an active member on the College Relations/Recruiting team Development of recruiting material and the careers section of our website Assist other recruiter in Human Resources to improve their skills and techniques in recruiting. Conduct periodic recruitment training, host conference calls to discuss and advise on recruiting challenges Network to establish and maintain relationships with qualified candidates for future job openings and/or referrals

Proven success record as a recruiter with 8+ year’s experience. Preferably in the engineering industry recruiting professional technical staff. Strong knowledge of state of the art recruiting tools and techniques. Willingness to work with less experienced recruiters to help improve their recruitment skills. Must have leadership skills and be willing to partner with senior Tetra Tech Human Resource staff and other Tetra Tech recruiters in a concerted effort to execute the overall objectives described above.
