We are seeking Account Representatives for our Central Territory due to continued growth.
The successful candidate for this position will have a strong fundamentals based approach to selling and demonstrated proven skills in:
Territory PlanningProspecting & Business DevelopmentActivity ManagementValue Based SellingPipeline DevelopmentClosing Business
The successful candidate will also have a proven ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the Engineering, Information Technology (IT), and Manufacturing functions within their customers and prospects. This candidate will have demonstrated the ability to position a solution to a customer problem through the use of their company’s technical sales resources.
Prerequisites:
Minimum of 4 years selling experience in the technology industry.Strong sales fundamentals (territory planning, prospecting, sales activity, value based solution selling, pipeline development, closing skills)History of consistent sales quota achievement4 year College DegreeExperience in the CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, or ERP technology field (or similar) is a plusAbility to use Microsoft Office suite of productsTristar is an equal opportunity employer and values the diversity of its people
