Regional Operations Manager /West Coast Region

JOB SUMMARY:

Under direction of the Vice President of Operations, the Regional Operations Manager is assigned the responsibility for the overall readiness of MCS Equipment, Technician Training, Quality System Implementation and day to day operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operations:

–  Equipment readiness

–  Job management & completion

–  Ensure GM targets

–  P&L for the jobs within Region

–  Dispatch within Region

–  Operations personnel management

–  OJT Training

–  Meet safety & quality objectives

–  Customer care

–  Employee satisfaction

• Administrative:

–  Job administration & documentation

–  Job file maintenance

–  Job proforms approval

–  Local facilities, equipment, supplies, vehicles, etc.

–  Expense management

–  Collections & receivables

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school graduate or G.E.D.

2. Four (4) years of technical school or military job training or four (4) years of on-the-job experience in a related field.  Two (2) years of project management experience in a service industry.  Experience would preferably be in insurance or construction related industry involved in business to business markets.
