This Management Development Program is very hands-on.  Part of the training will involve working with Field Technicians that perform electro-mechanical field service work, diagnosing and repairing equipment at customers’ sites. Through this aspect of the training, you will gain valuable exposure and hands-on knowledge of the technical and operational side of the business. You will also work with their professional sales people to learn the customer side of the business.  Overall, the program will provide you the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and prepare you for rapid promotion into an outside sales territory. This will be a new territory covering from Paterson south to Edison/Piscataway and reaching as far west as Allentown, Pa. Accordingly, one could live in any of these areas while operating out of the Stirling, NJ branch. 

 

What we are after is a recent 4 year university graduate (Business, Technical or Engineering related) - an articulate, high attitude person, who is early in their career development and will be comfortable in an industrial business environment.  As well, the position requires a "Can Do" person - a "roll up your sleeves and get the job done kind of individual".  The future outside sales role which this program rapidly leads to requires an individual that is confident, strongly customer oriented and able to communicate in a clear and straightforward fashion.

 

Initial compensation will be in the $45,000 to $50,000 base salary range plus a fully comprehensive medical and dental/health employee benefits plan, company car and a lucrative 401K program.  Upon completion of the training period, you will have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus which can be up to 30% of base salary.
