THE NEED

We are searching for a Surveying Manager to lead the survey efforts in the Olympia and Kitsap Peninsula areas for our client.  This person will be responsible for providing day to day direction of personnel, managing and assuring quality assurance of projects, interfacing with existing and new clients, marketing and business development, finding and hiring personnel.  This is a well established division that is looking for the right person to continue the existing success and to take the survey efforts in this area to the next level.

REQUIREMENTS

The right individual will have proven survey management experience with office and field survey personnel, surveying experience on transportation projects, preparation of ALTA surveys and subdivision plots, and be familiar with the latest electronic and digital equipment.  Successful candidates will have a minimum of a BSCE degree, and/or 10 or more years’ experience, and be a licensed Land Surveyor. A Washington PLS is preferred or has the ability to obtain a Washington license within one year.  A competitive salary and benefits package combined with an excellent opportunity for development and career enhancement await the right energetic individual.
