SENIOR VESSEL DESIGNER (WI office)

Typical duties/responsibilities for Sr. Vessel Designer may include, but are not limited to, the following:Determines methods and solutions for complex engineering problems and selects the most efficient and economical manner in meeting the objectives.Be responsible for fabrication drawings of chemical processing equipment.

Qualifications:Mechanical Engineering is preferred and/or six (6) to ten (10) years of related drafting experience.Pressure Vessel Design experience. Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, Division 1. Evaporator design experience. AutoCAD 2D and 3D experience. Fabrication and Welding design experience. Site experience in construction support, commissioning, and start-up a plus Familiarity with all related industrial codes including ASME B&PV Code, API, ANSI, ISO, OSHA Familiarity with other related technologies including metallurgy and welding techniques Experience with refinery, petrochemical and chemical plant equipment Compress and Codecalc software experience preferred. Piping design experience a plus.

 

Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.  TN Visas are acceptable.
