They are dedicated to exceeding their clients’ expectations with their exceedingly talented and gifted staff and are well known for competence, integrity, and contributions to the communities they serve.  The company is committed to finding the best talent available to join their headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. · Projects will include design of educational and corrections facilities, municipal offices, judicial facilities, warehouse/maintenance structures, water/wastewater treatment plants, and power transmission structures.  Will team with military for both civil works type projects and military installations. · Work will involve the design of a variety of structural systems including: structural steel, single-and multi-story structures; reinforced concrete structures, including framed construction, flat slabs and composite construction; shallow and deep foundations, including piles and caissons; masonry and timber structures; and analysis/design of wood and steel transmission poles. · Responsible for directing diverse technical teams and sub-consultant groups. ·  Will manage client relations and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization – ability to manage up and down the ladder. JOB REQUIREMENTS  ·Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering ·Registered Professional Engineer (PE) ·10-15 years experience with architectural and public works projects  · Extensive experience with general structural design software; specific experience with STAAD, AutoCAD  and Microsoft Office applications preferred.   The company offers a highly competitive salary, an excellent benefit package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts, and 401(k).
