Currently, we are recruiting for a Sales Applications Manager in our Pall Aerospace and Transportation organization in New Port Richey, Florida to drive growth in water sales opportunities (military water etc.).  The primary responsibilities for this position are:Plan short and long-term sales/marketing objectives for assigned market, includes specific sales action plans.  Marshal appropriate internal and external resources to implement marketing plans and meet sales objectives.Promote new product/market potentials both within the Company and in the marketplace.Maintain the Company market position by providing the necessary intelligence on the marketplace and the competitive situation as to achieve “winning” proposals.Maintain good customer relations to assure continuing and growing sales for the Company.Influence sales force and program management interactions with other functions and activities within the Company so as to establish an effective and pleasurable work environment.Occasional travel may be required.

 

The successful candidate will have an engineering background (ME or EE) or the equivalent. Individual must have exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), a mechanical/technical aptitude, strong business/sales ability, and must understand the military structure.  The preferred candidate will have experience with water filtration.
