Sales Manager

SALES MANAGER, Endicott House, to be responsible for working with group clients to maximize DMP, CMP, and catering revenue. Will also achieve and exceed established solicitation goals by practicing a variety of proven sales techniques including cold calls, sales blitzes, letters, site inspections, and marketing to professional meeting planners. Will work as a team member with conference planning staff, a sales assistant, and other support staff to effectively plan and communicate the expressed needs of the customer.

REQUIREMENTS: an associate's degree and/or requisite industry and management experience, and a minimum of two years' experience in hotel sales and marketing or related field. Seek a self-driven and motivated hotel professional with strong interpersonal and superior oral and written communication skills. Must be able to maintain composure and make quick decisions. Should be able to work independently and be extremely organized. Excellent overall computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office package needed.
