Must be a US CitizenHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust have at least 2 year experience Job Description : Duties Include:Performs duties of Hazard Evaluation scribe as set forth in PRP-SA-057, Hazard EvaluationRecord Hazard Evaluation proceedings on PHA Pro 7Be proficient in Microsoft WordBe proficient in working with DATA BasesHave ability to condense comments of several individuals into concise statements in PHA Pro 7Work with Safety Engineer in organization and setup of Hazard EvaluationsWork with Safety Engineer in obtaining and organizing documentation required for the Hazard EvaluationBe flexible in meeting the scheduling requirements of the Hazard Evaluation Full time temporary employment for a 40 hour week on a 9/80 schedule; or Part time flexible schedule meeting the needs of the Hazard Evaluation program. Need to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per day with start and stop times being flexible. : : EOE M/F/D/V
