Senior Civil Designer

Our Pittsburgh, PA office is seeking an individual with a minimum of 12 years civil design experience in AutoCAD/Land Development Desktop or Civil 3D and Microstation to develop and implement design standards, supervise design staff, and develop budget estimates for proposals. An Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field and formal CAD training is preferred. Municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater experience is required, as well as site civil and mechanical piping design experience. Must have detailed working proficiency with geo-referenced drawings, base mapping, x-referencing, alignment drawings and plan/profiles.  Must also have experience in working with survey data, contouring, property line information as well as in preparing boundary/easement plans.  Structural, electrical and architectural detailing experience is a plus.  Strong written/verbal communication and documentation skills are also essential.
