Senior Construction Estimator Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing

RealStreet Staffing has been engaged to perform an executive search for a Senior Estimator focused on Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) for our client in the Alexandria, Virginia area. Our client is a well established and respected vertical and horizontal construction firm devoted to providing sound estimating, scheduling, project and construction management.Salary and Benefits are both competitive and attractive including; Medical, Dental, Life, and LTD Insurance, 401(k), Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave, Annual Incentive Plans, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Assistance Program.Basic Qualifications: Minimum five years experience with a General Contractor is mandatory Strong proficiency in Timberline estimating system is mandatory Experience estimating projects $20M+ in value Proficient in Mechanical and Electrical quantity take-off, pricing of major CSI trades. Experience estimating projects for Corps of Engineers and government (DoD) contracts is strongly preferred.
