Senior Contracts Manager

Bachelor's degree in business or contracting and 12 years of federal government contracting/contract support experience are required. At least 3 years of this experience must be associated with government weapon system acquisition in a leadership/management role. Excellent communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs; mastery of Department of Defense and Air Force contracting policies, procedures and tools.Position requires ability to obtain and maintain a clearance. Desired Qualifications: Air Force or Joint aircraft acquisition experience, a Master's Degree, and APDP certification. We are currently seeking a senior contracts manager to support acquisition programs at Wright-Patterson AFB OH, Hanscom AFB MA, and Langley AFB VA. Program offices are responsible for development, production and life cycle sustainment of new aircraft, modifications, and integrated weapon systems. The contracts manager will support pre- and post-award activities and will provide analysis, expert advice, cost estimates, and support to the government's negotiating positions.
