Senior Design to Cost/Affordability Engineer

Description:
• Responsible for developing and analyzing recurring and non-recurring costs associated with a program via the Design-To-Cost Process.
• Work closely with an Affordability Manager to identify a comprehensive cost reduction plan that crosses multiple functional organizations.
Requirements:
BS Degree with 4+ years experience, including developing recurring and non-recurring cost analysis of material, touch labor and factory supports using Design-To-Cost Models. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access or other database modeling tools. An understanding of design and manufacturing concepts including RE assemblies, CCA complex microwave assemblies and sub-assemblies.
