Senior Engineer

Background:USfalcon is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide customer support for the FCS NAIL Program at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Requirements:·  Top Secret clearance ·  Masters/PHD or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline from an accredited institution; ·  15 years of experience with Masters/PHD or 20 years with Bachelors ·  May substitute 15 years of direct relevant experience for Masters/PHD or 10 years of direct relevant experience for Bachelors.  For a combined total of 30 years for education & experience. Preferred Qualifications:·  Test and evaluation background Duties:·  Senior Engineer will have the education, experience and ability to perform detailed and complex studies and calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications and perform system integration and provide customer support to the FCS NAIL Program.  ·  Define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components.  ·  Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.  ·  Provide technical support and advice to other engineering groups.  ·  Guide and direct lower level personnel on the set-up and performance of tests.·  Act as a liaison with outside suppliers in establishing or modifying specifications for purchased items.  ·  Devise and apply testing procedures for parts or sub-assemblies received from outside vendors. ·  Participates in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs ·  Interacts with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design.  ·  Participates in the development of test strategies. ·  Solves engineering problems (or managing the solution of engineering problems) in the functional area to which assigned.  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance is required. About the company:USfalcon is a minority-owned, small-disadvantaged business (SDB), veteran-owned business (VOSB) firm specializing in Engineering Systems Support, Logistics Management and Acquisition Support, Security and Intelligence Services, and Information Technology Solutions.  With USfalcon you can "Consider it Done!"  USfalcon, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
