Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.You will lead the development of NEPA environmental documents for a variety of transportation related projects in Oregon and elsewhere. Responsible for alternatives analysis, coordination, writing and review of technical sections, permit applications, public presentations, and scope-of-work development for FHWA and FTA-led NEPA projects. You will have client interface and participate in business development activities.Qualified candidate will have proven project management and business development skills. You will also effectively lead public meetings and advisory committees.QualificationsRelevant BS in engineering/ planning required.Requires 10 years environmental planning work history and excellent working knowledge of NEPA and SEPA requirements for transportation projects.
