Job Responsibilities: Assist with or assume responsibility for geotechnical analysis and report preparation. Assist in or assume responsibility for the completion of geotechnical analysis for foundations, retaining walls, slopes, and other structures Perform routine engineering work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks Follow project delivery procedures and standards in compliance with client and division-specific guidelines On-site field work will be required. Assure the quality of project deliverables Deliver projects in compliance with client and division-specific quality control procedures and guidelines Assure and actively participate in quality control and or quality assurance in accordance with company and divisional guidelines Seek and implement additional means of communication that will improve the flow and distribution of information Continually assess and revise the manner in which assignments are accomplished to meet and/or exceed standards, improving productivity and quality and meeting or exceeding the needs of internal and external clients
Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and at least five years of geotechnical specific work experience. This position requires a valid Professional Engineer’s registration (P.E.). Out of state P.E. licenses will be considered. Candidates must have fundamental knowledge of: soil mechanics, geotechnical scopes, creation of boring, drilling, and sampling plans, foundation systems, exploration boring inspection, slope stability analysis and seepage studies. Candidates must possess strong communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with PENNDOT procedures is a plus but not required.

We have an immediate opening at our corporate headquarters for a Project Manager in our Civil Engineering Geospatial Group.
Job Responsibilities: Provide oversight of client satisfaction, deliverables, and services.Produce high quality work and assist with staff assignments in the most efficient and productive manner on time and within budget.Provide direction to the entire project team.Aid with marketing efforts with relation to project proposal submissions, presentations, and contract negotiations.Conduct employee performance appraisals and support career and professional development goals.Have a desire to actively pursue continuing educating, training, or professional development activities to remain current with industry standards.
This position requires a self-motivated, organized, team oriented professional who can demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and possesses quality team building techniques.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Geography, CAD or related technical field. At least one to ten years experience in the successful management of photogrammetric and surveying projects is required. Experience with boundary, topographic and construction stake-out surveying is required. Working knowledge of ALTA/ACSM Survey programs are a plus.
