Senior HR Professional Development Manager

We are a leading construction organization that is need of a Senior HR Professional Development Manager that will help enhance the skill sets of every employee making them the best at their position and provide a path for those who aspire to the highest level of responsibility. The plan provides an employee support through training, assessments, feedback and promotional opportunities. The program will also require specific action from the employees in the form of mentoring of others, transferring knowledge through training roles, advancing one's individual skills through training and development as well as taking on new roles commensurate with their new level of responsibility. The professional we are looking to hire will be the senior most manager over this program for the firm and help provide employees a strategic roadmap to enhance their skills and advancement within the firm. The plan will cover all stages of an employee’s career from internship to the highest levels of responsibility within the organization.

The position will be responsible for the following key areas and will require proven background in these areas:Internship development, plan communication, progress and data assessment, oversight of plan, assess individual progress against skills development plan, and overall management of the program.
