Senior Manager of Contracts and Purchasing

EnSafe Inc., an employee-owned, global professional services firm is growing and currently seeking applicants for an experienced professional to lead our Contracts and Purchasing areas.  We are seeking someone with experience in both commercial and federal contracts (to include DOD, DOE, and GSA).  Our ideal candidate will analyze RFP’s, prepare cost proposals, review contract terms, manage our purchasing staff,  and coordinate business matters as needed.  We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of contract and purchasing management experience, a BA/BS in the appropriate field, and experience within the environmental area.  Knowledge of FFP, T&M, cost reimbursement contracts, and ID/IQ contracting process a plus.  Position will also manage multiple people, so previous supervisory experience is also a plus.
