Senior Piping Stress Engineer

Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.Prepare pipe design calculations to determine pipe stress values for multiple operating and testing conditions; interpret piping isometric drawings; create computer models of piping and pipe hanger/support systems; analyze piping systems utilizing computer models; prepare manual calculations when appropriate; select and detail pipe hangers and supports; create pipe support drawings; review the work of other pipe stress engineers and technicians; coordinate all analysis work with the systems design engineers and plant layout designers; prepare procurement specifications for pipe hangers and supports.Qualifications•8 years minimum of piping design/analysis experience. Experienced in the application of ASME B31.1 or B31.3 design principles in high temperature piping applications.•Must be skilled with Caesar II pipe stress analysis software.
