Senior Plumbing Designer or Engineer

About the Company and the position:
Davar & Associates, a small consulting engineering firm specialized in HVAC and Plumbing design, is in the process of relocating to a new office in Pasadena area, and is seeking qualified senior plumbing designers or engineers for this new location.

 

Responsibilities:
Duties include running and scheduling the Plumbing  Department operation including assigning staff tasks, drafting if needed, coordination with design team, construction administration plus answering RFIs, and meeting attendance. Projects include retail, office, assembly, private schools, and other types of commercial projects.

 

QualificationsThe candidate shall understand the client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops solutions in a timely manner.Creates realistic plans that support organizational goals. Effectively allocates resources and time. High School Diploma or higherPlumbing course and ASPE certificates a plus
