Specific responsibilities include planning, staffing, schedule, budget, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal support staff with the direction and supervision of more senior staff as required. The Senior Program Manager is a participant in program decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and scheduling, and performance.
