This Senior Management position will have significant input to the overall management of team projects and engineering issues. In addition, staff maintenance, retention, and development will be a significant portion of this job responsibility. Preferred Experience PE with 10+ years experience in civil engineering land development highly desired. with commercial, residential and retail development experience required. Proven project management experience in a civil land development firm preferred. Proven leadership and successful communication skills highly desired. AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop a plus. Successful applicant will have residential, commercial and retail design experience including preparation of engineering reports, project construction manuals, drawings and specifications.
