Senior Quality Assurance & Reliability Engineer

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

-Assist Director of Worldwide Quality Systems, Systems & Solutions with:

-Formulating and driving quality improvement initiatives
-Containment and resolution of critical customer issues
-Preparation of executive summaries on quality and 
customer satisfaction for PWS board meetings
-Development and implementation of strategic, analytical processes 
and metrics, with focus on assessment of and improving reliability
trends and preventing customer disruptive events
-Driving hardware and software supplier and component qualification,
assessment and improvement

-Provide direction, guidance and day-to-day management for maintaining 
and expanding PWS ISO registration
-Manage Internal Audit program including maintaining internal audit team,
scheduling audits, and leading all internal audits including regional office
locations
-Provide support to achieve Emerson Process Management Quality 
objectives
-Lead Quality Improvements and Initiatives
-Leade Hardware/Sfotware reviews


Experience should include:

-A minimum of seven years professional experience in related engineering
and management fields, five or more in leadership positions
-Experience in various organizations of a typical product-based, solutions-
focused business, including but not limited to, development, testing, 
materials management, manufacturing, logistics, project execution, 
quality, and technical support.
-Software development and testing; project execution; circuit card design, 
testing and manufacturing
-Experience with process control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA).
-Sigma Black Belt or equivalent

This position requires a BS in engineering or computer science.  An advanced degree in engineering or business is preferred.

This position requires 20% travel.
