Senior RF Design Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities:
CMOS RF circuit design engineer who has excellent knowledge about RF building blocks design, such as LNA, Mixer and Amplifier.  The candidate should also be familiar with deep sub-micro cmos process with Cadence design flow as well as modeling transmission line and parasitic effect of silicon substrate.  The ability to design under the effect of layout mismatch, process variation and low supply voltage is also a necessity.  Laboratory testing and system integration are also required for this position.

Education Required: Master degree in EE or higher

Experience Required: Master’s with minimum 4 years experience or Ph.D.
