Senior RF Engineer

10 plus years RF engineering experience with government programs; Knowledge principles considered essential: RF Receiver/Transmitter system/component design, EMI/EMC, electromagnetic propagation, RF system measurement techniques. Ability to communicate ideas and work within a team environment, self-motivated and detail oriented to prepare and deliver quality products. Support a broad range of technical, engineering and analytical functions to investigate and resolve system and analysis issues and problems. MS Office toolset experienced required.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Job Description : Several positions open to providing RF Engineering Support to the Directed Energy Program. These positions will support various program initiatives and evolutions. Responsibilities will include RF specific technical and analytical expertise in support of Government teams. These teams will be responsible to lead state-of-the-art hardware and software development, design and testing efforts.Employees will develop and evaluate system requirements; analyze and critique RF designs; make recommendations for RF system enhancements and offer solutions for problem resolution; develop and review RF system test procedures. Additionally, monitor or perform RF tests at contractor or Government testing facilities. Perform evaluations for designs at various stages of system lifecycle. Attend, support, and participate in technical reviews and various working groups including Test and Evaluation (T&E) Integrated Product Teams (IPT's). Position may require travel. : : EOE M/F/D/V
