Senior Systems Engineer (3392)

Location Carlsbad CAJob Responsibilities Candidate will contribute to the development of new and improved communications capabilities in the Tactical Data Links (TDL) business area.  Contributions will include systems design and analysis, with emphasis on solving complex communications problems in secure embedded systems involving integrated hardware, software, and firmware for airborne, shipboard, ground, and ground mobile systems.  Communications waveforms include Link-16, TTNT, TACAN, SINGARS, MUOS, FAST, SRW, and WNW.  Experience/Skills Required Candidate will have over ten years experience as a communications systems engineer in many or all of the following areas:  -- Integrated secure communications  -- Navigation  -- Tactical Communicatons Data Links  -- Simulation and modeling  -- Systems analysis  -- Software/firmware systems engineering  -- Systems timing and synchronizationExperience with Link-16 is a major plus.Education Requirements MS/MATravel Required Up to 10 percentUS Citizenship Required?
