Senior Technician

High Tech Company locates in Orange County, southern California, has an immediate opening for a Senior Technician position with opportunity for growth.  The candidate will support laboratory development program in sample preparation, processing and documentation.  The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision, be self-motivated, punctual and dependable. 


Some of the duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provide technical assistance to development team
- Prepare samples for processing
- Maintain laboratory equipment and facilities as necessary
- Maintain laboratory supplies as needed
- Record data and file as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned



Qualifications and skills:

- Logitech polishing machine experience is a plus
- Position requires strong mechanical aptitude and attention to details
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communications and organizational skills



Education:

- BS degree or demonstrated practical technical experience is preferred.
