Senior Water Resources Project Manager – San Diego, California (CA) (Carlsbad, California (CA))

Qualifications:

• BS is Civil or Geotechnical Engineering plus eight (8) years of experience, or equivalent is required.
• P.E. in addition, a current 40-hr OSHA certificate is required.
• 5+ years of project Management experience in environmental engineering consulting are preferred.
• Knowledge of California State Water Resources issues is a plus.
• Function as part of the Water Resources Team in the Engineering Group. 
• Must have demonstrated skills in the area of landfill cap and closure, storm water best management (BMP) evaluation, design, and installation, hydrologic modeling, drainage analysis, construction management, and preparation of construction plans and bid documentation specifications. 
• Candidates should possess ability to work in a dynamic team approach, provide supervision of staff engineers, demonstrate fiscal responsibility, generate proposals, and provide contract administration. 
• Responsible for maintaining Health and Safety requirements on all engineering projects.
