Senior Water/Wastewater Engineering Manager

This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Manager to work with a rapidly growing, highly successful organization. This person will manage existing water/wastewater engineering staff and provide direction for expanding the municipal and water/wastewater services throughout Colorado. The Engineering Manager will coordinate efforts with other technical sections in Colorado and throughout our network of offices and join the Denver management team in a leadership role.

Job Duties will include the following:

The Engineering Manager will have potential for company ownership within one year of employment. Other tasks will include client management, project management, design activities, cost estimating, report generation, and other related engineering tasks.

Job Requirements for this position will include the following:

Bachelors and Masters in Engineering15+ years of related consulting experience PE in the State of Colorado 10+ years of related business development in CO 10+ years of water/wastewater project management experience Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years of engineering staff management experience

There will be an excellent salary and benefits program.
