Site Manager

The Program Manager position is contingent upon award of an aviation repairs contract located in Greenville, South Carolina. Bachelors degree or equivalent required and 10 years of job related experience or equivalent. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required. Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required. Travel may be required. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Job Description : Overall day-to-day responsibility for a business operation including cost, schedule, technical performance and quality of the operation. Coordination with management and operations in San Antonio, TX is required for certain limited situations. Develops the basic objectives, strategies, and plans for the business segment operation. Manages day-to-day operations of an organization. Leads, directs, and guides work force in successful accomplishment of mission requirements. Mentors, coaches, encourages, and trains the work force.
