Location Carlsbad CAJob Responsibilities Perform analysis and management of customer and derived requirements. Develop system architecture using of DODAF models and Use Cases. Document system description that captures system requirements and behavior. Apply knowledge in networking and communications systems to develop throughput models. Support satellite communication system component design, development and test.Experience/Skills Required This position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent formal engineering or scientific education. The desired candidate will have 6-8 years experience in IP-based system architecture development projects, including system architecture, requirements analysis, allocation, design, integration, test and validation. Strong preference for IP network modeling, and specifications, and interface definitions. This candidate should have experience in complex, multi-faceted programs, DoD systems development experience preferred. A demonstrated understanding of systems engineering processes and strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
