Solution Architect

Summary   The successful candidate must be able to provide creative, quality and competitive managed solutions, designs and services, leveraging existing service delivery capabilities. The candidate will assume business development responsibility for specific accounts. The candidate will be on a 6 month project and will be onsite in Oshkosh, WI managing the Engineering Process Solution using SMARTEAM and CATIA for the engineering groups across organization.  Responsibilities  Define and implement customer account strategies with Sales team Develop technical business solutions within DS Ecosystem and the sales teams Provide technical proposals Analyze and evaluate technical solutions to customer business problems before they arise Verify that solutions are well accepted and integrated accordingly   Qualifications  Education: University degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent 3-5 years experience in Software deployment projects Experience delivering large scale technology implementation into a customer environment Success in team building, problem solving and conflict resolution. Good communication skills Cross-functional team management experience including departments outside of Information Technology. Ability to develop a project plan using standard project management tools. Experience architecting client solutions based off a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product (Knowledge of ENOVIA SMARTEAM/Matrix One and CATIA V5 a plus) Has managed teams of more then 10 people.
