Spare Parts Sales Level 2

WesTech Engineering, Inc. is a $100 million supplier of process equipment for water, wastewater and industrial applications. WesTech has grown to become one of the major suppliers in the process equipment industry worldwide and has offices in China, Brazil, and here in the United States. We have a full-time opening for the a Spare Parts Sales Consultant Level 2 ___________________________________________________________

 

Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and complete customer support Increase bookings by being proactive in contacting current or potential customers. Follow-up on all quotations that have not become an order. Exercise good people skills, and persistence to influence customers to buy spare parts from WesTech. Understand customers and build strong relationships. Negotiate pricing when it may cause the loss of an order. Keep abreast of competition, (pricing)., etc. Assist with preparation of customer quotes and orders. Build relationships with WesTech Agents.

Requirements: Proven track record in sales related field. Computer literate;  word, windows and excel. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Good technical skills, including the ability to read drawings. Good follow-up skills. Good negotiating skills. Team player, able to work cooperatively with a team.

  This position requires traveling, sometimes with short notice.Education:Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
