Sr. Development Engineer

Integrates research and emerging technologies into company product platforms
Solve complex engineering problems and provide technical leadership to the engineering organization.
Responsible for the development and implementation of research procedures and techniques to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new or improved products. Through laboratory research, proves and applies scientific theories to develop new and/or improved products, processes or technologies.
Solve complex engineering problems involving: mechanics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and material science
Conducts special studies on subjects such as improving systems engineering practices, improving system quality or performance
Experience in CFD, heat transfer analysis, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics.
Lead complex design projects and provide direction for other engineers and designers to accomplish an overall complete design.
Travel globally to solve complex problems with equipment in the field, provide technical expertise to the Sales organization, work with and develop suppliers, direct engineering activities.
Actively Participate in Design Reviews. Review designs with other Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing personnel as well as equipment users to ensure that designs meet all requirements.
Prepare and present written, oral visual material to support proposals, presentations, design reviews and written reports.
Plan, perform or direct and document experiments to prove design performancePossess expert knowledge of theoretical and practical fundamentals and experimental engineering techniques.

MS in Mechanical Engineering or BS with 15 years engineering experience
Minimum 10years engineering experience
