Learn more about ADC at www.adc.com.  JOB DESCRIPTION  Responsibilities: We are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our NS Mobile Network Systems Unit located in Mountain View, CA.  Responsible for design and implementation of state-of-the-art wireless telecom infrastructure solutions  A Bachelors of Science Degree or Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of progressive experience in embedded software development is required. Strong embedded software background in developing complex telecom infrastructure equipment. Strong knowledge of real-time embedded software development concepts. Excellent C/C++ programming skills Knowledge of vxWorks or one or more Linux distributions and its real-time flavors is preferred. Knowledge of VoIP protocols in the signalling and speech domains such as RTP, SCTP, M3UA, M2UA, SUA, MGCP, SIP, and Softswitching will be a plus. Familiarity with best practices in software development including rigorous detailed design, design reviews, code inspections and unit testing.
