Sr. Level Digital ASIC Design Engineer This is a permanent job opportunity in Austin Texas with one of the largest Semiconductor companies in the U.S. Salary range of $80-95k depending on skill level and qualifications of candidate. Client prefers local candidates but does offers relocation package if necessary to bring in the right candidates. Client has a yearly bonus program that will range from 10-20% of base salary  DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Sr. Level Digital ASIC Design Engineer (ideally would like someone with 7-12 years professional experience)  using Verilog, logic simulation, functional verification, and synthesis of complex real time signal processing and data conversion ASICs in a mixed signal environment.  Implement RTL modules and work with design team with integration and integrated functional verification.  The first 2 years of employment will be more focused on verification vs. design, but will not be total verification. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:  Knowledge of design tasks for implementation of real time digital ASICs using Verilog. Knowledge in DSP functionality including filter implementation and signal sampling theory a plus.
