Sr. Mechanical HVAC Engineer

Our client, a MEP in downtown Philadelphia is searching for a Mechanical Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 plus years of experience with PE or on the track to becoming a PE.  Strong HVAC experience required with plumbing and fire protection experience preferred.  Experience in high end institutional(college and university), adaptive re-use and sustainable design projects is beneficial. Must be able to write reports and feasibility studies and perform life cycle analysis. Candidate should be a team player and possess people skills that allow leadership of an in-house team or one-on-one interaction with a client. Proven track record taking jobs from conceptualization through design and construction. Candidate should have the ability to grow with the firm with the potential to become an associate and/or Department Head.
