F. B. Leopold, our facility doing business in the North Pittsburgh area for over 80 years as a leading supplier of water and wastewater treatment equipment is seeking to fill the following position immediately:

 Sr. Process Systems Engineer

The primary responsibility will be performing process systems design for municipal and industrial water treatment systems and facilities.  The successful candidate will have a BS in Engineering – Chemical or Environmental preferred.  A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering and design in the water treatment industry, including desalination and membrane filtration systems is required.  Specialized knowledge necessary is:Ability to analyze inflow and outflow requirements and recommend / design the necessary treatment process, including media filtration and UF/MF/NF/RO filtration.  Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to independently interpret client requirements in all forms, prepare various proposal and technical documents, and make presentations to clients, consulting engineers, sales personnel, and senior management.Possess high level analytical skills, hands-on system troubleshooting skills, and a working knowledge of process control technology and techniques.

 

Domestic and international travel (up to 25%) required.
