Sr. Warranty Coordinator

Masters degree & 4 yrs, BA/BS & 6 yrs, AS & 8 related experience in acquisition, logistics or a related field required. DAWIA level II Program Management certification or equivalent desired. Experience with USMC CONOPS and logistics highly desired. Excellent communication skills; working knowledge of word processing and integrated software application; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Job Description : EG&G is seeking an individual to serve as Senior Warranty Coordinator in support of MARCORSYSCOM Program Manager - Optics/Non-lethal Systems (PM ONS). Duties will include management and coordination with on-site liaison personnel at Camp Lejeune, NC, Camp Pendleton, CA and at Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA. Support PM ONS program with warranty, fielding support, and provide subject matter expertise (SME). The warranty support involves process development, implementation, and standardization respective of vendor Contractor Logistics Support strategies, coordination with vendors and operating forces, and interface with MEF-level staff. Business and analytical support is required to support assessments of future business and course of action (e.g., procurement) decisions. Other duties include daily customer interface to determine specific needs and requirements, the review of warranty claims data for trend analysis, preparation of program documentation related to technical, operational and logistics support, the supervision and training of warranty support personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work and performance of all other position related duties as assigned or requested. : : EOE M/F/D/V
