Structural Department Manager

Career opportunity for a licensed Structural Engineer with 15+ years of experience in the design of commercial, educational and institutional facilities, to lead the structural engineering department of 90-person A/E office.  Professional registration in Kansas and Missouri is required, as well as experience in integrated, sustainable design. Demonstrated experience leading a structural team and/or department is preferred.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, mentorship and leadership of a 6+ person structural engineering department within a larger, integrated design practice.  This individual will report directly to the Group Office Director.
